Advice for Conquering China as Manchu

So I've united the Jurchen Tribes, have taken Oriat land, and what is nessacary for forming Qing. However, I'm wondering when I should form Qing, and how I should go about conquering China. My conquests aren't making any major decline in Ming's power.

I can't say whether this still works but way back when I attacked Ming repeatedly and forced them to release nations to eventually make Ming my vassal and conquer all those small nations back with Ming's cores and claims, after that I integrated Ming.

Ok thanks, I was unsure wether it was better to strengthen myself of just force nation release. At what point did you form Qing? I just don't want to lose the tech and pip advantage to early.

Graphical Improvments, on the most subed list in workshop, and Red UI, are the only two graphical ones I think. Graphical Improvements isn't technically supported but it works perfectally on the new patch.

What I ended up doing was allying Korea and Oirat and together we beat them the first time and i took a load of their provinces allowing me to have a 40k army which made winning the next war easy as the shock fase was brutal. Just defend in your own terriatory until they wear down their manpower then go on the offensive.
