How does the spawn units/fleet command work?

My fleet was destroyed by an army. Which i think is a glitch btw. And i dont wanna wait 2 F#cking hours to get it back. I saw a spawn command in the console but idk how to use it, When i tried it said. (Exiled Armies In All/Any) T_T Someone please help! Im just an innocent gnome!

I'm looking at the command list, and I can't find what command you might be talking about. Can you tell us exactly what you typed?

its pretty hard to find. But it told me to type region/province ID. I was deploying in Ulster so its 4121. Than what type of unit. So i did spawn [<4121>] [<Barque>]. and than after i spammed it so many times i cannot count. I noticed the commando screen was empty T_T. and when i resumed it said "Exiled units in all/any" Thats about it (This was brought to you by..."GnomeStar Entertainment")

I've seen it to but it isnt listed on the command list, if you type 'help spawn' in the console it will give you the command, its basicaly spawn[provence] [subunit] [type] but there is no information anywere about what the subunits are or what type there are. the closest thing i can find for that command is for Hearts of iron.
