Locate the program icon and do a mouse right click on it. Select Properties from the drop-down menu. Next select the compatibility tab at the top of the menu. Towards the bottom of the menu that pops up select “Change High DPI Settings”. Towards the bottom of the next menu that pops up check the box next to, “High DPI scaling override” and select “System” from the drop-down menu (The default for this item is Application and that did not work for me).
It might sound like a lot to do, but once you find the program Icon this change can be done in less than a minute. This method will not affect any of your other applications and will only have to be done once.
I also installed the Stellaris UI Font Mod that makes the fonts a little more attractive, but this is not going to do anything with the issue of the font being too small, but is worth looking at if you want to make the menus a bit more attractive. Hope this helps. Rich
