guns drums and steel is not automatic

since the last update the metal soundtrack DLC is not automatic... I have this because I can activate it, but the main menu is original and the DLC soundtracks are not activated automatically during the game.

The developers changed it so that the DLC doesn't override the base game music anymore. To get the guns drum and steel main theme you would need a mod, but ingame you should have both versions of each song. The one from the DLC has the suffix "Metal". They should be played randomly from time to time. If you don't want the base game songs during the game, you can disable them in the music player

Is anyone able to make such a mod? Really miss the GDS music on start-up..

Depends on what the mod affects. I wouldn't think music mods would be a problem,

Music mods don't change the checksum and don't disable achievements

The easiest thing which you can do to get the guns drums and steel main theme is to get 031_maintheme.ogg out of dlc/dlc031_guns_drums_and_steel/dlc031.zip and create a music folder in "Documents/Paradox Interactive/Europa Universalis IV" and place 031_maintheme.ogg in that music folder and rename it to maintheme.ogg
