How to I get feudalism?
I'm playing as Khodynt (don't ask) and I've been running into the issue with embracing feudalism. I looked it up and it said in order to embrace feudalism as a tribe I need to reform the government. Problem is is that in order to reform the government, I need to embrace feudalism. I'm doing an iron man game so I can't use cheats and it's base game. I just don't know what the hell to do.

The way I understand the conditions:

-is a Siberian clan council.
-has at least 200 administrative power.
-has a stability of 3.
-has embraced feudalism.
-has completed the Economic, Innovative or Administrative

When you say you can not embrace Feudalism, are you trying to develop it? You should be able to get Feudalism from Manchu tribes, just conquer one province from them.

migrate south near manchu tribes, wait sum time for feudalism to spread to your province, imbrace it, then migrate away. or you could dump points into development.

Believe it or not a siberian tribe is kinda easy to start out ironman games. You're very isolated and by the time you expand to the south you have a halfway decent force. Anyway thanks everyone for the tips. It's 1700 now and Russia is getting uncomfortably close now so I might need to reform soon.

This is the most baffeling set of words I have read on this forum, nay, on all the steam forums. I have so many questions. How do you... and its 1700... and but Russia? And reform soon.. but it's 1700... and by the time you expand? How are you playing this game?!

I should not have asked.

Well i guess at the start, it is no different then starting as an America's tribe, the only difference is, in the America's you only have about 100 years MAX of grace period before the all mighty Euro's come a knocking, but in Siberia, he kinda has a point that the only one you really need to worry about getting close to you in a VERY long time is Muskovy/Russia and by the time they become Russia and start colonizing all the way to the pacific, takes a few centuries so in the end it gives you ALOT more time of "grace" period before any real threat comes banging down your door.

Though i do admit, not reforming by the year 1700 even in siberia is VERY Extreme(shouldnt even take you to 1550 really)

It is perfectly possible for Russia to get beaten up and never reach East Siberian Coast.

I have a fun Custom Nation (based in Western Europe) Game going on right now where Denmark took Novgorod early (so no forming of Russia). Muscovy got beaten hard by PLC and was forced to release Perm (after that PLC lost interest in the region and tried to conquer Hungary for 100 years now).
After Denmark got beaten by a coalition (Hamburg and Lübeck were a bit too much) Muscovy finally beat Denmark and formed Russia around 1600.
I just for fun guaranteed Perm and Kazan/Nogai remnants are allied to Mega-Timurids. So no expansion to Siberia for poor Russia.
Now it is 1670 and I may lift the guarantee soon and allow expansion if their current ruler dies heirless and my Dynasty take over.
Basically I saw a video about the top 10 worst starts in EU4 and like number 2 or 1 was Khodynt. I thought it can't be that bad and proceeded to play. It's actually not bad because you're isolated from anybody with any development and the other tribes you have take a long time to get to force limit. Honestly all you do is conquer and puppet all tribes around you and just start accumulating money. Once you got 200, you can then choose expansion ideas and can start expanding. You'll lose a lot of money a month, but you will have a lot of money so it'll take a while. I didn't even mention the long war I had with a siberian tribe while massively in debt and having 63 loans out (I'm not joking with the loan count either) and I had to declare bankruptcy and abandon my colony after I won the war. Anyway, I'm somehow friends with a unified Japan and they've been giving me amazing amount of subsidies so I have a ♥♥♥♥ ton of money to build buildings and ♥♥♥♥. It's unbelieveable that I'm still alive considering I border Russia now and my puppets have almost lapped me in research. It's now 1750 and I only got 75 years to go. Me and Japan managed to kick a powerful Korea's ass and I just need to coast until the end of the game. It'll be glorious especially now I've reformed.

Russia will typically reach the Pacific early in the 17th century. There's an achievement for basically getting there before 1600 (I know - I only got there in 1603 in my Russia game so just missed it, but I'm a noob).
