Threaten War
It use to be under influence, I’m playing in 1.26, but I can’t find it? Help please, I need one province to do the achievement I’m trying to get

Threaten war is a diplomatic action which lets a nation demand a province that it has a claim or core on. If the demand is accepted, the province is transferred to the demanding nation. If the demand is not accepted a war is declared with the Casus belli.png Conquest casus belli for said province. War cannot be threatened over a country's Capital.png capital (it cannot be targeted at an OPM) or if a truce exists with the target country, and nor can a subject nation (other than Tributaries) threaten war.

are yoiu trying to get their capital or something from someone you have a truce with?

No truce, it’s from chagatai (Alxa) the last province I need to accept mongol culture but they are a tributary to Ming who I do have a truce with
Edit: I can’t find the button like it’s not the the place it normally is

Ahhhh that’s it, I didnt know that was part of it! I don’t like the dlc because favors low key suck and I just wanna expand! Thanks, they allied an outside power so I can attack them and take the province! Thank you!

favors can stack up pretty quickly if you go after them intentionally. can be quicker than a 10 year cool down.
