So, if you can't be bothered to read it through:

- all the updates to EU4 in the future will be 64-bit only (update your OS if you are still using something ancient)
- it will not make the game run faster
- EU4 has used multithreading for some time (despite anonymous trolls claiming opposite)
- for most players, who are already using 64-bit version, nothing will change
