Break up a country via commands?

I like playing with a customized ck2 export (though it may not be fun to some) anyway is there anyway to break up this fully united india since creating the vassals just makes them little gross states

I do not understand this question. you want to fragment the indian continent and have their rulers be of persian descent?

Excuse the grammar, I would like to fragment India, its under a persian dynasty and culture because CK2.

sabotage india by releasing any possible countries
tag_per
vassalize the indian nations
place relative on the throne of all of them
culture_(province code) on every indian province
release your vassals and you are finished

You could get a mod like Sketchy's Cheat Menu for CK2, and customize the world however you wish. Theres a submod for sketchy's menu, allowing you to "abolish a title" in ck2, allowing you to fragment any empire/kingdom/duchy you want.
You can even revoke all vassal titles with the menu, and customize the vassals however you please.
With a mix of console commands and the menu, you can make whatever world you want for eu4.
