For the current version (you have to version swap back to 1.24 to use it)

But you should be able to find it and get it from the workshop as well.

If you say that Paradox "forces" people to log into their website AND give up their Steam username and password, otherwise they don't allow modding, that is ILLEGAL.

Edit: I see that it exists on Steam. Don't know if that is the most recent version.

You have to log in with a paradox account, not steam.

That's AFTER I register my game (EU4).

Which is done by sharing my steam account name and password with them.
