Ottomans start with no Byzantime claims?
The new mission system generally pre-programs the pre-set missions from previous versions of the game, but chose to give Ottos no claim on Byzantime Empire whatsoever? If you conquer Constantinople, you then get other claims in Greece... incentivizing a lame two-war Byzantine defeat that is neither historical or adds anything to the game. Thoughts?

if you claim constantinople and than take all provinces in the peacedeal you will only have to pay the dip costs extra
than you click both missions and still get the big coreing reduction so its still one war
you could even claim all the land for 0 dip

and not having to core constantinople ue to decsision more than makes up for teh time of fabricating a claim

In reallife the ottomans only took Constantinopel in the war and conquered the other parts later on.

Cus anything that weakens the big kabob is a good thing? :D On another note you get a free claim in it if you build to your forcelimit I think if I remember right.

It doesn't weaken, it just hassles.

Another buff to the already overcooked Byz because of all the crying Byz players who think that dumpster fire of a nation had a chance of survival in 1444...

Not really that much. But taking constaniopel was still an effort. Way more than ingame.

the greatest walls in european history doesnt even get a small defensive bonus so the siege get a littlebit timeconsuming

In real life, Mehmed the Conqueror pitched up outside the gate with fifty thousand men, bombarded the city for seven weeks, then stormed it.

In game, we just park a fleet in the Sea of Marmaris and besiege the city for a year until the garrison surrenders.

not to mention it wasn't conquered until nearly 1460. Was around 1456 or so.

Plenty of time to fabricate a claim to get your City of World's Desire.

IMO it's more historical now than it was.
