It's emperor of HRE
+archduch of austria+king of castile+duke of burgundy+count of nederland minors+king of aragon+king of naples+king of hungary+king of bohemia+and later king of poland and grandduke of lithuania (if last king before noble revolt was habsburg)
Just needs one Ottoplayer and you
1. wont get Bohemia PU
2. wont get Hungary PU if they refuse
3. wont be able to force any PU and can only get random ones
Besides, with bad RNG you wont get any of the above even without anyone intervening due to bad RNG.
gg. Super op.
If you want to evaluate "most op nation" you either have to think of an AI only game or one with several (if not only) players. And then Austria is rather bad compared to other nations as the other players will ♥♥♥♥ you over
free dev lol easily 500 dev for 20 dip a province, whats so wrong with it?
Yeah and don't walk through Tibet with 40K stacks just to go help out your Bengalese tributary. Ming's AI is real silly sometimes. Like how are you going to have 0 manpower when you haven't done a war yourself in like 100 years c'mon now.
2. France
3. Ming
4. Russia
5. Commonwealth
Almost always these five nations come out on top. However, Russia and the commonwealth are usually crushed by the Ottomans and Scandinavia in my games. France, Ming, and the Ottomans do consistently well though. I’ve never seen the Mamluks kill the spawn of Osman unfortunately.
I would switch Russia and Commonwealth it mostly depends on how PLC is by the time they finish their national ideas; if they have inheritted Lithuania and formed Commonwealth they are an absolute beast to deal with while Russia AI is an absolute joke. I'd agree for the most part for top three though even if Ming's AI can be really dumb with dealing with tributary rebels causing them to lose tons of manpower and overcommitting on some sieges which causes them to drain their manpower to 0 quickly. Other than that they remain very powerful until the end of the game most campaigns.
