I am playing as Ottomans, and new mechanic is to invite religious scholars that give awesome bonuses. How many can I have active at one time?

Muslim nations can invite scholars from other schools. If another nation is an ally, overlord or subject and relations are at least 150 you'll be able to spend 50 admin Administrative power.png points to invite a scholar from a different school and gain that school's effects for 20 years in addition to the effects from your own school. To invite scholars from schools not belonging to your denomination of Islam requires 50 Mysticism or more. The Ibadis are exempt from this 50 Mysticism requirement though. Inviting a scholar while you already have one will remove the previous scholar you invited.
