bugged divine, horde ideas even after reinstalling

i just reinstalled the game and those idea groups are still bugged for me. Those idea groups cannot be selected... any ideas how to fix them?

Did you previously have some mods affecting those two groups? Because the image for the Divine Idea Group is actually missing there, so it looks as though something got actively broken which the reinstall did not fix. Either way, before going for another reinstall, just try to verify the game file integrity and see how that goes.

I'm not sure what your problem is exactly, but I see three issues in your screenshot

• the game is modded
  
• you don't seem to have the tech to even select one idea group
  
• are you even fulfilling the conditions for these idea groups(that depends on your game version)

Can you select divine ideas if you disable all mods, start a new game as Cologne and use the console command

to get the necessary tech to select an idea group?

Turn the mod off, report the issue to the mod maker, and check again later on.
