How to become HRE Elector
So, I'm Teutonic Order in the HRE and I want to become an elector to rank up to kingdom. If i vassallize an elector and then annex it will I get his electorship?

No, you will need to inherit an elector, which is impossible as a theocracy. So either you change your government, which is easily done when forming prussia as teutons, since you wont even leave HRE, or you make yourself an OPM and hope to get granted electorship by the emperor.

You don't need to be an OPM. The Emperor favours small nations but more than one province is fine.
I was made Elector with four or five provinces once.
In any case you need very high relations with the Emperor.

But, as said, the only "guaranteed" way to become an Elector is to PU an Elector and Inherit (not integrate) him after 50+x years.
