Paradox Tinto overstrained or incapable?

The 1.31.2 hotfix is just another a dumpster fire or Tinto´s way to pay respect to the launch of Fallout 76. We all know the bugs from launch, the new bugs from 1.31.1 like “removing” the whole world and that there are still countless bugs in 1.31.2 (e.g. Siberian Tribes still cant migrate even though their first government reforms says so).
The thing that really makes me question Tinto´s capabilities is how they “fixed” the issue from force vassalizing with the Humiliate Rival – CB: They removed the vassalize option in peace deals from other CBs. The way they have chosen to “fix” the bug makes my question: How and why?
Do they have actually no knowledge how Europa Universalis 4 works? Or do they know no other way? The bug is interesting, because why was force vassalisation broken in the first place? This bug (like many others) has nothing do to with the update or DLC in the first place, this option was in the game for years and now it is broke?

When Tinto tires to fix something they destroy like 5 others things. Instead of fixing a clogged up toilet with a plunger they throw the finest Swedish dynamite in it and blow up the whole toilet bowl. How they try to fix the broken mess really makes me doubt if they are actually able to get the job done. I don’t think so. Maybe it is time to give the task to another more capable Paradox studio or reinforce Tinto with more competent devs.

Not so serious “Conspiracy Theory”:
Maybe they broke force vassalisation on purpose, because you can still to it with the subjugation – CB. You get countless of them with the new DLC Mission trees. Look into it 👀 .

I read that half of the studio is new to working on the game. Not sure if it's true but that would partially explain how bad this expansion is.

i hope they will give the task of fixing the mess to a other studio, close tinto or fire Johan and then stop develop dlc's for eu4 so it cant get broken that again.

EU4 needs Thomas Johansson again.

If I'm not wrong best DLCs and updates came under the rule of this guy. He needs to be lead designer or director or whatever the title it is, for EU4.
