Downgrade game version

Anyone know how I can get back to pre-Leviathan EU4? I don't have the DLC, but the update itself is busted too and I don't want it

Right click the game in the steam library list, properties, betas and then select the previous version and it will downdate the game and you should be able to finish the game you're playing.
Don't forget to change back to none later when you're done.
