tag something else to fix pls. maybe you guys already know about but... when using decision to change to a new nation. like from florence to egypt it dont give you the event for new traditions ambitions and missions. im stuck with tuscan missions and traditions. the same happens with all nations. like from castille to spain

When you form a new nation, you need to save the game and reload. Then event will appear.
I also noticed the same thing with other events such as reward event for first circumnavigation or event when you annex ming or kyoto.
