Eu4 Spice Trade Good

Hello my bobux,
im playing ayyuthaya in an eu4 mp and i cant complete the "control the spice trade" mission
as i dont have spice trade bonus even though i am the majority producer in it, i do have other producer buffs but i cant get this one, anyone know why?

Being the main producer doesn't make you control the trade. You could produce 100% of a trade good and only have a tiny amount of the market share(e.g. Tidore produces about 50% of cloves at the start of the game, but has only around 5% of the market share). The market share is calculated from the trade power share in the trade nodes which produce the trade goods. For example if 20% of the world production of a trade good is in one trade node and you have a 30% trade power share there, this would give you 20%*30%=6% market share.
