Getting a female heir and nameing her, can i trigger it somehow?

I am currently playing as Lotharingia, I formed the country like 50 years later after Marie died.
Is there any chance to trigger that I can get a female heir to name her Marie?

Or do I need to start all over again and form it while Marie is still alive?

I think female heirs are currently bugged and you can only get them from events. You could try to disinherit your heir when your ruler is old to get the event Talented and Ambitious Daughter[eu4.paradoxwikis.com]. This heir can be named if you have the El Dorado DLC or the The Cossacks expansion. Some other heir events would work in the same way

In 1.33 you can sometimes get a female heir by clicking to introduce a new heir, but the heir you get cannot be renamed. you'll need to wait for a female heir to appear normally and then remember to rename her (something I forgot to do on my current run where I had an heir with great stats and only several years later realized it was female and I'd missed that chance.)

Hello, there is mod available to geht female rulers or heirs. Normaly you should be able to give an name, when you get a new heir.

Just disinherit a lot. You will get an event.

Sure. But the reason the OP wanted an heir named Marie was for the achievement. Using a mod will wreck that.
