(Help) Basic Options Missing from Game

Noticed this issue with my game after watching a few Byzantium tutorials on youtube. One example is under the Estates menu, I don't have the option for Expansionist Zealotry, as well as some of the more useful options for other Estates (Supremacy over the Crown, Private Trade Fleets, etc). They're just not there.

I figured maybe those options weren't in the vanilla version, so I got Art of War, Rights of Man, Common Sense and Wealth of Nations. All DLCs are enabled yet I'm missing several of these options that I've seen in every single tutorial out there. Anyone know what I'm missing here?

Those aren't all the DLCs... Try getting Emperor as I know it enables some of the estate options.

You can check DLC requirements for Estate privileges in the Wiki.
For the base Estates (Nobility, Burghers, Clergy) there is this table. Check the last column:

(And all privileges you mentioned indeed require Emperor.)

Okay, that explains it. None of the tutorials I watched mention which DLCs they use. Thanks to both of you!

Game tutorials either use base game only or they expect you to buy every DLC. There is very little point making a tutorial for only specific combination of DLCs.
