add_heir command only gives male heirs?
I have tryed to have a female heir in order to fire the castillian civil war, I used the command add_heir but after much trying I could only have male heirs. It's a bug or it is how it works?

Heirs seem to be bugged currently and you only seem to get male heirs(at least as castile). This seems to apply to the add_heir console command, the normal birth of an heir and the introduce heir mechanic. You can still get female heirs from events that explicitly create a female heir(e.g. ambitious daughter or "Starlight")

But it is a problem that everybody is suffering or it is just a problem that happens to me?

I don't know if everybody has that problem. But I noticed it as well and at least one other person[forum.paradoxplaza.com].
If you want to use console commands to get a female heir, you can fire one of the events that give such an heir. Or you can use the "run" command to execute game effects from a text file. With that you could get an heir with random stats or stats that are not as good as the ones from the events that I mentioned.
