Purple Phoenix needed ?
Just took a look at the byzantine missions with patch 1.25 and it seems all you'd want is already in there - greece, turkey, bosnia, southern itali, antiochia etc.
From the patch notes I figured they'd fix or improve the purple phoenix dlc for its owners only.
So would buying the pre-order pack change the byzantine mission tree further or is that already its final form?

it still has some specialized events and decisions.

You will get some extra events and decision on top of the extra missions as well.

The Purple Phoenix missions work the same as the Rule Brittania missions.
The mission are there when the DLC is active
