Can I revoke permanent claims

Trying to get France less pissy, have 4 or 5 permanent claim on their provinces, anyway to end these so that -20 modifier goes away?

Sometimes you get an event with either -50 opinion or revoking claim, but thats RNG.

if you have a subject nearby you could transfer them to your subject
if France is already pissed about the claims though they also like to desire your subjects....
might work for you but only use it when they are about to break the alliance as a last resort

additional note: when u transfer claim to a vassal, make sure u do it before u grant them the province, otherwise u cant transfer it, other than by event.

They own the province. It;s the ile de france region

I think there's a button if you want to revoke your own claim next to the crests in the province tab.
