Should I form Scandinavia?

Its been awhile since i have formed Scandinavia and I was wondering if there are any benefits?
Im playing as Sweden what do yall guys think???

Don't. You lose your nation events when forming Scandinavia and Sweden has some of the most OP late game events of any country.

Pretty much this. I mean, it's not *worthless* to form Scandinavia, but given that the rewards are relatively minor and the doors you close on events are numerous... well, just not a great way to go most of the time.

Honestly once you have the event that gives morale or discipline I can't remember which it is. It's the one related to Gustav Adolphus' reforms I believe you can form Scandinavia. But really there's no point in doing so. Just become an empire once you get 1000 development because other than getting the cultural union bonus when you form it you only get a new flag and name while you more than likely already own all of Scandinavia so getting permanent claims on the region would not matter.
