Since Croatia will exist at 1444 when the Europe update drops, what will happen to the Krabater achievement?

...not much. It probably remains as a formable nations and thus you can kill + form them.

The only question would be if starting with them will allow it too.

That will probably make it an extremely easy achievement
They may change it like they did the Shahanshah achievement when Cradle dropped

This achievement is already very quick/easy as culture shift Hungary. I don't think they'll bother changing it.

If they really want to change something, I would imagine adding condition of "not started as Croatia". But really, there should be easy achievements too so it would not bother me much if they would leave it just as - "As Croatia place cavalry unit in Stockholm".

I mean it's pretty hard still you have to as Croatia, let Sweden of all countries give you mil access then transport your troops a million miles, hope to odin that Russia or Denmark don't annex Stockholm till then, also hope to odin that poseidon doesn't decide to sink your ships for no reason, and hope that you don't get annexed in the time it takes them to get there either.

If you can't be bothered to click or have no access to PDX forum, the player is proposing following requirements:
- Start as Croatia
- Be Independent (So you have to at least fight Hungary)
- Own all provinces of Croatian Culture (Have to fight Venice, Ragusa and maybe Bosnia for this)
- Have Cavalry in Stockholm
