They could hate you for taking same land, but you are Castile, you should be bigger and stronger so why care. Also Portugal rarely gets any allies, and eventually you should be go on and just conquer them.
When (if) you got that route, you can take Ceuta and form a personal union in the War.
Their allies often are England, Papal States or Brittany, though most often I see them only have Castille because they give up their alliance with England with the many wars they are pulled in. Portugal pretty much stays out of the entire European conflict because it is at border of the continent.
You could always release it afterwards.
So it's very unlikely, but it can happen.
