Sale of Neumark
In all my games as Brandenburg with current patch the event has not fired at all in the 44 months and that I have no loans. I am doing something wrong?

This just happens sometimes, you're not doing anything wrong it's just bad luck. It'll happen you just need to wait, or you could always restart and hope for better rng.
