How do I build a temple/Cathedral for the Dhimmis Agenda as a Muslim nation?

There should be a way to do it rite? I checked my catholic provinces and I can only build mosques.

Temples/churches/mosques are all the same building, just with different names for different religions. If its telling you to build a temple, building a mosque should fulfill the requirement.

Hmm. It is entierly possible its just bugged entierly and therefore impossible. Other thing is that it may have been asking for a different tier of building then the one you built. What did the mission ask for, exactly? Your op asks about temple/cathedral, which are actually different, as the temple is tier one and cathedral is tier two, so if it was asking for a cathedral it would be equivalent to a grand mosque, if it was asking for a temple it would be a normal mosque, for example.

Actually now that I'm reading this more closely, it's probably a bug... I thought it just wanted me to have a Temple or Cathedral anywhere but there's a lot of "in BLANK" in the text.

Suffered from the same problem... I think the solution is to build the temple in the province specified in the event name(I did not spot that the province was in the event name until later).

So it says "Build....... in {province name}"

Yes its required you build it in a specific province. And the name of the province is not given in the text.

So its a bug.

Did it actually name a province in the title when it didn't show a province in the requirements? I think both places are blank if the bug happens. As far as I understand the game files, the bug happens because the requirements for selecting a province are different than the requirements for showing the agenda. The agenda can become available if you have tech 4 and there is any heathen province which has no temple and a free building slot(or a temple and tech 19 for cathedrals). But when the selecting the province, it has the additional requirement that it must be a state core. So if all your heathen provinces with a free building slot an no temple, are in territories, you get the agenda, but the province name will be blank and it will be impossible to fulfill.
