thought i could save the Coring costs
To save Admin points i could only core the Capital.
Lets say i release Galizien-Wolonien wich has like 6 provinces, is there a way i can be sure what will be the new Capital???
THX!
but.... leads me to next Question xD
If I only Core the Capital, so the released Nation gets into the HRE, does it add the rest of the Provinces?
If it doesnt as my Vassal, maybe it does as a released Nation afterwards?
Is there any Guideline or is this somehow Random==??
However I have not tried whether this is a case of "AI just does not do it" or "all subjects are not allowed to add provinces" or "AI subjects are not allowed to add provinces". (Another example of the AI not doing something even if it would be allowed to do is the Emperor demanding to return a province: An AI Emperor will never ask while he is at war while a player can do that)
Independent members add new provinces to the Empire when they have good relations to the Emperor (and an alliance???).
