here is the wiki where is shows all the conditions e.t.c
Become the only eligible nation, that is:
As Castile/Spain:
- Be HRE Emperor, have a RM with Burgundy and have 8+ provinces
- Be HRE Emperor and ensure no (eligible) country (big enough, HRE member) has a RM with Burgundy
As any HRE member:
- Be HRE Emperor, have Castile/Spain not eligible (not independent, too small, not existing, ...), have a RM with Burgundy and have 8+ provinces
- Be HRE Emperor, have Castile/Spain not eligible (not independent, too small, not existing, ...) ensure no (eligible) country (big enough, HRE member) has a RM with Burgundy
As non-Emperor:
- Be the only HRE member with a RM with Burgundy, have Castile/Spain not eligible and have the Emperor not eligible (<4 provinces)
(If the "BI goes to RM partner" case is picked and the Emperor has 8+ provinces and is among the marriage partners he will always get it, else which marriage partner it gets is random)
