Can i do An Unlikely Candidate achievement if i form Algeria?

I started as Touggourt for An Unlikely Candidate achievement, if i form Algeria can i still do the achievement?

My guess is no.

If you want to test it, make copy of your saves folder before forming Algeria so you can restore previous save date if you lose the achievement.

if the wording says start as - you can change tags i think Florry changed to Morroco from Mzab

Omnious is right..the wording even says that.."start as" but you can even check ingame, what the tooltip says when you hover over the achivement.

florry did it as mzab and then formed morocco so id say yes you can form another nation as long as you start as one of those three

also going to add that the achievement may disappear from those possible after forming the nation but will still pop once you complete the goal
