Native assimilation
It doesn't make sense on the wiki. Do I actually gain 1 base production development? What does it actually give me "+goods produced". Is it a provincial modifier? What if it is like really low, let's say 500 natives?

it's just a flat bonus amount to the base goods produced in the province. And yeah it's permanent.

It's pretty much always worth going for, as goods produced is very powerful since you get to double dip it, both as production tax as well as trade income. (especially if you're stacking goods produced % modifiers).

the other policies are and always have been worse, but they are options depending on how much attention you want to put on it. If you're just gonna kill the natives, then the +Settler growth is better. If you don't wanna have to leave troops there, you can still get the base amount of bonus good produced.

if you don't mind leaving troops active to take care of it, you can get even more long term money from the extra assimiliation bonus (or as France, you get just no uprisings and +100% assimilation bonus).

Wiki is pretty clear about it:
https://eu4.paradoxwikis.com/Colonization#Population_2

Goods produced is province modifier.

The amount is:
Native assimilation bonus = Native population/20000

"So a colony with 1400 natives in the province should gain 1400\20000 = 0.07 goods produced when the colony completes. A population of 4000 natives would give +0.2 goods produced, equivalent to one level of production development."

Does that mean, that the development of the province goes up by 1? Or will there be a modifier with a strange number like 0.3666666666 goods produced, and when I hover over it, it will say that 0.2 comes from development and 0.166666 from natives. Is it still end of the game, or will it expire?
I mean if it is permanent and it than all the other native policies are useless. You gain an additional -50% native uprising chance with a policy. and another +50% assimilation bonus.
