Where is the button to expel minorities?

I want to use this new feature in the DLC, but I'm not seeing a button anywhere on the colony or elsewhere to do it. What's the incantation?

Same way you start to build new colony? Click on the uncolonized province, not on your existing colony.

Then you pick the minority to expel then hit send colonist.

Ok, it's how you form the colony, not something to increase the settler rate. I see it now; I must've started my first colony before that was an option, unless it isn't available for someplace like Arguin.

I guess you need some minorities to be able to get rid of them. Maybe you had none when starting first colony.

I'm pretty sure you can only expel to the New World. So no african or asian provinces.

Expelling is only possible to Colonial Regions.

So lets say you are a native american tribe with exploration, is the expel minorities even a function, or just a waist of diplo?

I'm currently playing a Maya game and I can't expel minorities in the New World (North and South America, Caribbean) and it doesn't function in Trade companies provinces (this also goes for European countries, so nothing new there)

It *might* work in Australia... haven't gotten there yet.
