Kolonien Gründen sich nicht

Hallo,
ich spiele ab und an eu4 und weiß eigentlich wie alles Funktioniert aber als ich neulich England spielt musste ich fesstellen dass einiges nicht so lief wie es laufen sollte denn es bildeten sich einige Kolonien nicht ( Kolonie kannada und Mexico) obwohl sie groß genug dafür sind. Ich bin für jegliche hilfe dankbar !

lol ? My problem is that colonial mexico and canada do not arise even though they would have to. If one owns 5 provinces in a colonial area, this creates a subordinate colony but nothing happend and in the link s from the picture you can see what i mean

you need 5 cores in a colonial area for a colony to form. if you do, the only thing I can think of is that your capital is in the americas which I'm sure it isn't
