Poland-Lithuania and Prussian Ideas

So, first off, I'd like to say I am sorry if this has been answered somewhere.

I was wondering if you could be Poland-Lithuania with Prussian ideas. I know that you can form Prussia as Poland somehow and you can get the Prussian ideas like that (I think).
But I haven't seen anyone go back to being Poland-(Lithuania). Everyone tries to form the HRE or Germany afterwards.

You can form poland, true, but its just useless thus noone is doing this

If nothing changed in the last patches you can get PLC with Prussian ideas in three ways:
1) Any (not endgame tag) nation -> Prussia -> Poland -> PLC
2) Brandenburg -> Poland -> PLC
3) Poland -> Prussia -> Poland* ->PLC

*Every nation can enact a "Form XYZ" only once but as you start as Poland you can (re)form Poland later. (Poland -> Prussia -> Poland -> Prussia is not possible because forming Prussia twice)

you can. after you form the commonwealth just make prussian your main culture and form prussia. I don't think it's worth the extra admin points to de-state everything just to culture shift. Poland has pretty wicked ideas. I just got done with a poland playthrough for the first time. I had two personal unions and two marches, one being brandenburg and I absolutely dominated the world on hard mode. One of the easiest playthroughs I've had

No you cant, commonwealth is a endgame tag. Youd need do it before you form it.

Older versions of the game had no end game tags.
You could do stuff like mayan japan with prussian government and keep all of it as germany or the HRE.

End game tags were added in 1.26.
