What's the current diplomatic vassalization math?
I was trying to figure out the math for diplomatic vassalization, but ihe result I got using the math from the wiki didn't quite match up with the number I got ingame. I tried googling it and didn't have much help, but a person did say something about the math being based on development now. Does anyone know what the actual math is?

The most complicated part is economic base (which is development based) which I've never seen the math for. I only know that it's exponential

Yeah I used that math. Gave me a slightly different answer than what was my ingame negative penalty for the offer

the general rule though is once they're over 30, you're probably gonna have to be a continent wide blob to Diplo-vassalize them.

10 is pretty easy for a large nation (England+ etc).

20 is possible for something as big as starting Ming or a slightly blobbed Ottomans.

30 you need like India (all of it).

You have to adjust the development for autonomy (the equation in the wiki doesn't indicate that). Thus the bigger you get the more dev you need because you aren't getting the full value of the provinces in territories or that are assigned to estates.

Hmm so that means that nations with more states and trade company provinces would have an easier time vassalizing.
