You need to invest a lot of monarch points into developing one of your provinces until renaissance spontaneously appears there. You can see the progress in the institutions tab of the province screen.

This same technique can be used to generate any institution. However the large number of monarch points needed meana that you will tend to lag for a while in developing idea groups compared to the Europeans. The heavily developed province will generate a lot of money, and might spontaneously spawn an institution late in the game, so it's often worth it in the long term. For example in my current game, I managed to spawn "Manufacturies" in the Phillipines, which helped asia to close the tech gap and catch up with the Europeans sooner than normal.

Will for sure try this method, didn't know about it before, thanks!

Youll probably have to boost a cpl institutions as japan, renaissance, colonialism (if you didnt take exploration), printing press. Might be another cant remember.
Just check the institution tab before the next one spawns to see what buildings etc it needs. (Trade, manufactories, universities etc)

Develop, develop and develop some more. I'm currently trying ANOTHER Kristian Japan run and it's what I did and it works. Doesn't help I'm starting to have s****y leaders again. Was nice having a 3-3-3 for once...Now it's a 1-1-2...

Also first time trying that run with MoH or whatever DLC it is that does the isolation stuff so it should be feasible this time.

Which Daimyo did you pick?
I'm planning to do a Kristian Japan game in the near future. (I played Shimazu for Chrysanthemus Throne and Sukoku Law)

And to clarify for OP "Develop, develop and develop" means one(!) province per Institution, not a bit more development here, then a bit more there ...

Yeah, only do one province and try to make sure it borders at least one other province you plan to dev for institutions. I chose Hosokawa since they had the most dev and it was a good choice. Basically was easy mode. Just ally Usegi(?) and should be good. Also start with two other allies who are mostly useless but eh.

Edit: Institutions spread to high dev provinces ALOT faster which is why I suggested to dev provinces beside each other.

I am in Kyoto. I have 14/17/7 there. It says 34,49% reinassance but it is not getting increment. The boost per month is 0,00%. I just need to put even more points there?

Yes. Don't expect it to increase naturally for a VERY long time. You need to dev up provinces to get the renaissance as an Asian country. It sucks but it is what it is. Once one province is developed enough to get to 100% renaissance it will begin spreading to neighbouring provinces.

But I am already way behind in tecnologies... It is better to invest in Reinassance or to try to upgrade my tech even with an inflacionated cost?

Get renaissance. I always do and it doesn't make sense to do otherwise really. Otherwise europeans be jumping on your corpse a few decades after they discover you. It's expensive and slow but it just makes sense in the long run. Certain techs don't really need you to dev while renaissance and printing press do. At least if you're playing in the far east.

Reneisance will never naturally spread except via direct adjacency or close friendly territory outside of Europe.

Every other institution does eventually. (Colonialism can be gotten via an event once certain conditions are met (new goods from a new world event, pick to create a colonial trade port and your highest trade power port province will get 100% colonialism spread) OR you could colonize Australia or Alaska till you get a Colonial nation subject for some natural spread).

Printing Press starts to naturally spread after Dip 15 everywhere in the world, or if you flip Christian fast enough (no ED & no MoH), you could swap to protestant or reformed and spread it naturally.

The rest are easy (global trade) or very straight forward (build some buildings).

Institutions, that's what they're called. I forgot. And yes, deving for renaissance and printing press is basically required. Colonialism might be required depending on what you're doing in your playthrough. I personally ignore the new world since colonial nations are probably the worst and most annoying vassals and I colonize all of the spicy goodness instead.
