Republic Government Reforms Help

Would you mind sharing what reforms you are choosing and why? I'm having a difficult time trying to decide on certain tiers. For example, Tier 2's Political Dynasties doesn't really seem any good, but I'm wondering if there's some kind of real advantage to keeping your family ruling and the random +1 vs. just getting Republicanism for the small Tradition bonus.

Random +1 is better in 8 year Republics.

Random family has a small chance of being inherently good.
