first contact with natives
I have a doubt about the policy of natives, I understand that the second option serves to obtain the possibility of increasing the development of the province during the colonization, and the third option serves to increase the possibility of assimilating the natives, but what advantages do I get? with the first choice of hostile relationships?

assimilating native gives a tiny amount of produced goods bonus relative to native in province. With frances idea's this can be a viable option(natives also wont attack at -100%.)
Hostile gives you +20 settlers per year, which I would say is the best option. You can station troops or just slay the native with some troops for a small cost.

however, I am doing tests, and I do not see the +20 annual settler for the hostile relations, is this hidden? or probably you do not have the game updated?

my global colonial growth is +45, regardless of the policy with the natives that I approve, I have done the test approving the 3 policies, and this number remains at +45, it does not change anything, so I ask again, is it a number hidden that I can not see? Or is your game probably not updated to the latest version?

or is it likely that I am ignoring some data?

No mods, all DLC, latest Steam version (stable branch, so if there's an ongoing EU4 beta - I'm not using it).

Everything working fine.

only +25 technology and +20 from exploration ideas... Maybe a DLC? but it can not be that I get benefits from 2 policies and not from just one

this says on spanish that: "gain +200 of population in delta del orinoco, the natives in delta del orinoco lose 300. Selectin this option, mean that from now we will treat the natives in a hostile manner and increase the probability of rising, but the colonies will grow faster"

i'm going to aprove it:

nothing changed

so paradox is doing a really stupid job, do I have advantages with the other two options and with one I get mainly disadvantage? I do not understand.

Seems like bug, because without Cossacks you shouldn't get access to this buttons - only to vanila event (on your screenshot).

If you don't use any mods - please, go and post on game official forum. It's obviously a bug in this case.

He obviously means something different.

If you look at his pic he doesnt have the 3 options from Cossacks DLC...

It is simply an event. "will grow faster" = that one colony will get 200 population at the cost of 300 natives.
