Use the advisors to make more mp each month, that the only way to boost the mp income
Yes i didn't remember of that, if the Power Projectiion is higher than 50 you get +1 mp for each category
For make Power Projection you need to win wars against your rivals, take lands and etc. you can also Humiliate them and you can earn like 50 PP if i remember correctly
Beat up your rivals via humiliate rival CB and pick show strength.
That gives you 100 of each MP and +30 PP.
if you have 3 rivals you can beat without too much trouble, you can get around 300 MP and 90 PP every 15 years.
the pretty much constant 100 PP gives you an extra +1 all MP generation, and 300 MP every 15 years is roughly equivilent to an extra +2 MP all generation per month.
(even if you only have 1 rival, that's still an extra +1 MP per 2 months and might be enough to keep your 50+ PP bonus)
Assuming you can afford to pay the increased salaries...
Also, If you are trailing in tech and have the proper DLC you can do the study technology spy thing against nations ahead of you in an area to generate more mp of that type.
