Enacting a golden age two times?
Hey, currently in a Muscovy game and I can enact a golden age, but I want to know if I can enact one again when I form and play as Russia?

Why would you be able to?

Is it not exclusive to one nation? I just wondered, because Russia is not exactly the same as Muscovy.

You can not enact a golden age twice, even if you tag switch

This.

(Unless the tag switch involves playing as a released vassal or similar AND the new nation hasn't already used their GA.)

Just because you have a different flag/colour/... does not mean you are a "new" country.
You still play the same country, you just call yourself different.

Other related question:
Russia (formed by Muskovy) enacted Golden Age.
Later Russia is completely annexed by another country, let's say a resurrected Novgorod (which has not enacted its GA yet).
Novgorod forms Russia.

Does the game recognize that this is another Russia which has not enacted its GA yet?

Also i agree, forming a nation should reset golden age

It would, because all the country_flags associated with the previous Russia were cleared when it was reformed - had Russia been able to rebel successfully, its mere annexation would not have cleared a number of those flags.

This thread was quite old before the recent post, so we're locking it to prevent confusion.
