English vs British Ideas, Which is Better?

Personally, I feel like England is slightly better, since it has insane fire damage stats along with the infantry combat ability and the slight gain to the heavy ships; although Britian has AMAZING econ ideas and a god teir navy, but only a discipline bonus to the army :/

What are your thoughts? Which do you think is better? I look forward to hearing your response

That is true, they also have the Red Coats as an army reskin which makes me jelly
