Tips for getting the "Better Than Napoleon" achievement?

Playing as France and it's 1485. I've retaken all of my cores on the continent as well as Calais, Provence's lands and I got five of Burgundy's provinces in the Succession Crisis, although unfortunately Austria got the majority of them. I've got alliances with Brittany, Castile, the Papal State and Bohemia, and I've built up to my force limit of 57,000, so I'm pretty damn powerful at the moment. But the idea of basically trying to conquer most of Europe seems daunting, since in every other game when I've gone up against Austria it's been much harder than I thought to beat them.

Be opportunistic; sometimes Austria gets into wars with Ottomans and that is usually the best time to strike. Even if Austria is not in a war, continuing expanding into Spain, GB, or the America's eventually.

Also, the achievement does not require you to conquer all of Europe, but select provinces (can't remember all of them off the top of my head).
