How do I get 99 Republican Tradition and Orangist in power - Netherlands

When i select an Orangist, my slider goes to the right, but I need it to go to the left to get to 99? So to get it to 99 republican tradition, I need to select Statist person?

Republican tradition is not the slider of the Dutch Republic government. Instead it is on the UI close to your prestige. It is on the place where normally Legitemacy would be. There is a DLC that allows you to spend Military points to improve the republican tradition of your nation.

I'm pretty sure i got it after an event put an orangist in power when I already had 100 prestige and 100 RT. just focus on you RT and prestige and you should get it eventually.
