Is it possible to convert to paganism as Sweden?
Not by making a custom nation, is it possible to convert in ironman mode?

It depends on what you mean by "paganism". There are methods available to switch to animism, fetishism, and tengri but you can't swap to something like Norse.

yes but you have to go OPM with pagan religion in your capitol and than go bankrupt ...

You can also create a custom nation with norse religion, unless they have changed that.
