How do I get Printing Press?

Noob here. Playing as Ethiopia I have a pretty large land with quite a bit of development. I embraced Global Trade yet Printing Press is going up very slowly and I'm not sure why. On the insitution map screen it says all of my land is red for it even my cap which has 62% (only one which is that high).

Any help would be appreciated.

You get printing press spread automatically from dip 15+.

You also get it if you switch to Protestant or Reformed.

Ah right so it goes much faster if u have any provinces with 15+ diplo?

it starts in your capital and then will spread from there.

No, you have to unlock diplomatic technology 15 "The Galleon" first. Then it will start to spread into your capital province by 1% per year, after 100 years it will be spawned in your capital and can spread to rest of the country.
