Qara Qoyunlu achievement question

I'm considering a run going for "Baa Baa Black Sheep" as Qara Qoyunlu. I'm wondering, is this an achievement that requires me to stay as QQ? Or is this one where I can form Persia and still get it?

If you look into achievement tab ingame it should tell you

You can't be Persia

[tonypa]

You can form Persia or release some country and continue playing that instead. You just have to start the game as QQ.

Also, the achievement is quite easy to pop early in the game after you grab few wool provinces.

This was a surprisingly easy achievement. The fact is you’re nearby the nation that has the most wool if I’m not mistaken (Timurids) so just focus on taking all of the wool from them and you will quickly get it. Persia’s great and all but QQ has pretty nice National ideas themselves and it’s probably better to form Persia as someone else that has lesser ideas but that’s just me.

Play as Ardabil and do a historically accurate Safavid Persia run instead :)

I also saw a playthrough where SiuKing666 made QQ "tanks" (AKA +75% cav CA) and got a 6666 general. It was horrifying.
