Reinforcement cost VERY high!!
When I didn't have much manpower, I didn't have a huge reinforce-cost. But now when I do, it costs about 8 Ducats extra to reinforce 2k men!! Does my manpower have anything to do with this? How do you fix it??

i dont think that depends on your manpower but if you still are interested how it works you might find answer here
