You could take the others if you want ot feel less evil. However being evil seems to win.
-100 Uprising later on when you have 3 colonists, the money to support 4-5 colonies AND some colony growth modifiers (from ideas, policies, tech, religions)
You lose 1 stab but dont have to bother about dem rebels anymore.
Playing England and colonizing for 200 years now with 3-4 colonists and often even more colonies.
I took the -100 uprising from the start and had not a single uprising. I used my little American Army only for wars against natives.
Portugal and Castille had problems early on and I could take Cap Verde and Arguin, so I had a good head start and did not need the +20
