Achievements missing in browser/unachievable

I'd like to know if anyone else has been having this issue, or for that matter if it's a known bug and/or if there's a fix. Long story short, I'm seeing missing achievements in the in-game achievement browser; namely those that I've been actively trying to get. Apparently when said achievements no longer appear in the browser you can't get them on that save - ever... even if you meet all the requirements to unlock them.

First and foremost, yes, I'm playing Ironman.
- Never went offline
- Save still says it's Ironman
- I did a test and was able to get an unrelated achievement on a savegame in question
- Restarting doesn't help
- I can see the achievements in a brand new savegame, just not existing ones
- I started the game on the most recent patch
- I'm not using mods

I've had this issue with multiple games and I'm especially frustrated with the most recent victim, Empire of Mann, which basically led to a whole lot of work (and luck) for nothing. Others have included Double the Love (as Austria, as well as Austria-specific achievements), Jihad, and Sworn Fealty (as Najd).

It almost feels like the game detects when you're close to getting a hard achievement just to delete it before you can actually get it, causing the save to go to waste entirely.

if achieves stop being available mid play through its usually because of corrupt save, a mini patch or you went offline and didnt notice

It's only specific achievements that are being affected, however. I'm still able to get others in these savegames (and did).

of those you have listed there seems no way that you no longer met the requirments that you wouldnt notice immediatly like nation changing .... so i cant help sorry maybe send the safe as a bug report of the pdx forum
